Jonathan Gill

Jonathan is a husband, father, problem solver, guitar player, and photographer. When he first set out to build his own photography business, he became deeply interested in what makes a small business thrive. He dove headfirst into learning—reading countless books and spending hundreds of hours on courses and discussions about business growth, financial literacy, accounting, economics, and long-term success.
Along the way, he discovered a genuine passion for accounting and a desire to help small businesses grow and prosper. Knowing that accurate financial records are the foundation of sound decision-making, Jonathan pursued formal training in accounting and bookkeeping. He earned his Associate Digital Bookkeeper certification through the Digital Bookkeeper Association, became an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, and earned certifications in both QuickBooks and Gusto Payroll. He also completed tax preparation training through Surgent Income Tax School.
Today, Jonathan combines his love of problem-solving with his financial expertise to help small businesses operate with clarity, confidence, and accurate bookkeeping.

Ashley is a wife, mom of four, and small-business accounting professional.
She graduated summa cum laude from Concord University with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting. She began her career in public accounting, working on the tax compliance side of CPA firms, where she developed a solid foundation in bookkeeping, individual and small-business tax preparation, and accurate financial records for tax reporting.
While raising her family, Ashley remained active in the field by providing bookkeeping and tax services for friends and family. She values clean records, clear communication, and delivering tax services that prioritize accuracy, organization, and clarity. She continues to stay current through ongoing tax education and study.
Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about advocating for proper diagnosis and treatment of tick-borne diseases, a cause shaped by her own family’s experiences.
