Core Monthly Bookkeeping Packages

Starter Package

Best for clients that have 0-4 properties, under 100 transactions/month.

Base Price: $300/mo

Growth Package

Best for clients that have 5-10 properties or flips, 100-200 transactions/month.

Base Price: $500/mo

Scale Package

Best for clients that have 10+ properties or flips, 200-400 transactions/month

Base Price: $750/mo

Enterprise Package

Best for clients that have 20+ properties or flips, 400+ transactions/month.

Base Price: Starts at $1000/mo

  • Monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Property and project tracking
  • Secure client portal and document storage
  • Monthly close and oversight procedures
  • Custom reports, unit-level tracking, and advisory video summaries available as add-ons.

Our onboarding Process (and Why We Charge For it Separately)

To get your books in order and start fresh, we begin every client relationship with a structured, phased onboarding process. Each phase is quoted separately based on your specific business details.

Onboarding Phases

The Onboarding Phase is the first step in getting your books set up for success. During this phase, we gather your business details, collect documents, set up your secure client portal, and ensure we understand your entity structure and financial workflows. This phase lays the foundation for accurate, efficient bookkeeping moving forward.
Price:
$250 flat fee per entity.

The Setup Phase follows onboarding and focuses on configuring your accounting software for streamlined, accurate bookkeeping. This includes setting up or refining your chart of accounts, linking bank and credit accounts, creating automation rules, and ensuring everything is properly aligned for your business model. If you’re already using QuickBooks Online, we’ll review and optimize your setup.
Price: $200 flat fee per QuickBooks Online subscription.

The Cleanup Phase is where we bring your books up to date and correct any past inaccuracies. Whether you need us to clean up a few months or multiple years, we’ll reconcile accounts, organize historical transactions, and ensure your financials are accurate and tax-ready. Cleanup is essential before ongoing bookkeeping can begin, especially if your records are behind or inconsistent.
Price: Starting at approximately $150 per month of historical data, with a 33% discount applied for each cleanup month. Final pricing is based on transaction volume and account complexity.

We separate these phases so we can address issues methodically and keep your long-term monthly cost lower and more predictable.
